    Where can this product be used and how long will it last?

    The product is manufactured in accordance with EN 649 and the classification to EN 685 is 23/33/42. This means that it can be used in heavy use domestic areas, heavy use commercial areas and general industrial areas. Life expectancy in these areas is 10 years minimum, provided that the product is installed and maintained in accordance with Armstrong's instructions.

    Colour fastness is good, with a minimum rating of 6 to ISO 105- B02.

    What about fire regulations and health & safety certification?

    Flammability is tested to EN 13501-1 and the result is Bfl - s1. This means that, as a floorcovering, it can be used in all main areas of domestic and commercial buildings.

    What about slip?

    The slip resistance group is R9 to BGR 181, and the product has a DS classification to EN 13893. When tested with a pendulum to BS7676-2, the value dry is 69, indicating an extremely low risk of slipping.

    How's the product supplied?

    It's a synthetic vinyl flooring to EN 649, and is 2mm thick, with a group T clear wear layer which is 0.55 mm thick to EN 429. It comes in rolls 2 metres wide and 16 — 25 metres long.

  1. Is it easy to install?

    Yes, using standard installation techniques described in BS 8203.

    Is it easy to keep clean?

    Yes, it has a PUR EcoSystem surface protection system. This helps to reduce waste water during maintenance and protects the environment from the harmful effects of harsh cleaning chemicals.

    A simple, regular cleaning and maintenance programme is all that is needed.
