strongPoints Terms & Conditions
1. This scheme is open to trade customers of Armstrong World Industries Limited, Floor Products Division (“Armstrong”) who purchase the strongValue range of flooring products from a recognised Armstrong distributor.
2. Employees of Armstrong, their agents and anyone else professionally connected with the loyalty scheme are not eligible.
3. The decision for eligibility of this scheme is made by Armstrong and its decision shall be final.
4. Employees should ensure they have the permission of their employer before participating.
5. To become a strongPoints member, you must register online at www.strongvalue.co.uk
6. The scheme starts on 1st July 2008 and is open until close of business on 31st December 2008. Only purchases made between these dates are valid.
7. For every 10m2 of strongValue products purchased, 1 point will be awarded.
8. Points are only activated once online registration is completed and copy invoices are sent to, and approved by, Armstrong.
9. No responsibility is taken for invoices lost, damaged or delayed in the post.
10. Double points will be awarded until 31st August 2008.
11. Points can only be redeemed for high street vouchers in denominations of £20, £60 or £100 amounts.
12. 250 points are required for a £20 voucher, 500 points are required for a £60 voucher, and 750 points are required for a £100 voucher.
13. Points cannot be exchanged for cash, nor are they transferable from one member to another.
14. Armstrong may, from time to time, at its discretion (acting reasonably), vary the rate at which points are awarded, the points redemption levels, and/or offer extra points. This will not affect points already awarded in respect of previous transactions, nor will it affect the member's statutory rights (if any).
15. Where Armstrong believes that there has been a breach of these Terms & Conditions, or the Terms & Conditions of any reward, or for any other legitimate reason, Armstrong may refuse to process a claim, refuse to award points, withdraw points already awarded, or close the member's account. Armstrong also reserves the right to suspend a member's account while Armstrong carries on an investigation into potential misuse or fraud.
16. Once a redeemable level of points has been reached, members may redeem these online for vouchers.
17. Please allow up to 30 days for delivery of vouchers once you have redeemed online.
18. Online application confirms you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by any instructions set out on the website or supporting literature that forms part of this scheme.
19. Recipients of vouchers may be liable for income tax. Please consult your local tax office for details.
